Who is responsible

CyberShield Dev Solutions (cybersds.fr), publisher of Comptwar, is the data controller. Contact: contact@cybersds.fr.

What is collected, and why

If you ask for the launch announcement: your email address and the language of the page (French or English). Single purpose: sending you a confirmation email, then the Comptwar launch announcement and the occasional launch update. No other use, no resale, no advertising.

Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box in the form and then clicking the link in the confirmation email. Without that click, your address is added to no list.

If you only visit the site: the server records the IP address, the page requested, the date and the browser, for security and troubleshooting. While you sign up, the IP address and a one-way fingerprint of the email address are also used, in memory only, to limit repeated requests.

How long

Launch list: until you unsubscribe.

Unconfirmed request: Comptwar keeps nothing; the link expires after 48 hours. Resend keeps a technical record of the sending under its own policy.

Abuse counters: in memory, 15 minutes to 1 hour, erased whenever the server restarts.

Web server logs: 14 days, then deleted automatically.

Your rights (GDPR)

Access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability: write to contact@cybersds.fr. Answer within 30 days. You can withdraw your consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.

You can also contact your country’s supervisory authority: in France, the CNIL; in Benin, the APDP; in Romania, the ANSPDCP; in Sri Lanka, the Data Protection Authority.

Where the data goes

Resend (Resend, Inc., United States) sends the emails from its European Union region (Ireland, eu‑west‑1) and hosts the launch list. Resend is bound by standard contractual clauses for transfers outside the EU.

Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., United States) manages DNS for comptwar.com: it turns the site’s name into a server address. Traffic does not go through Cloudflare, which sees neither the pages nor what you type.

Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd, Cyprus, European Union) hosts the server that displays this site and receives the form.

Nobody else receives your data.

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or trackers. Fonts are served from our own domain.
