What the service does, and on what terms

1. The site

comptwar.com announces Comptwar, a platform that gives every merchant her own online shop. The service is not open yet: nothing is sold or subscribed here.

The terms of service will be published at launch. Each merchant will accept them when creating her shop.

2. The launch list

Signing up is free and confirmed by email. You receive the launch announcement and the occasional launch update, nothing else.

Every email has an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately.

3. Content

The features described on this site are the ones being tested. They may change before launch. The shops shown as examples are fictional.

4. Fair use

Not allowed: signing up someone else’s address without their consent, automated form submissions, scraping the site and any intrusion attempt. Abusive requests are blocked.

5. Liability

The site is provided as is. The publisher cannot be held liable for damage resulting from its use, its unavailability, or decisions made on the basis of its content.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Benin. In case of dispute, an amicable solution is sought first (contact@cybersds.fr). Failing that, the competent courts of Parakou (Republic of Benin) have sole jurisdiction.
